The Pittsburgh Penguins have acquired winger Nick Robertson from the Toronto Maple Leafs in-exchange for a 2028 fourth round pick. Pittsburgh has been linked to Robertson who was drafted by Kyle Dubas in the 2nd round of the 2019 draft, for well over a year now. Robertson, 24, had 16 goals and 16 assists in 78 games last season. The 5’9, 180 lbs winger has totaled 48 goals and 40 assists in 243 career games. A useful middle six winger who can create his own individual offense, the move in the short-term for Robertson is another indictment on the Penguins group of forwards in Wilkes Barre.
