Bylsma Pre-Game Media Session
Here are some highlights from Bylsma’s pre game media session this morning…..
— A hot topic at least from the media has been the 12:00 p.m. start tme. Head coach Dan Bylsma doesn’t see it as an issue for his hockey club. In fact, Bylsma hinted that his team may have an advantage.
“It’s a change of routine, ” Bylsma said. “Different aspects of it that make it a different game.”
Bylsma said his team has had enough situations of playing in 12 o clock games where they know the routine.
Several players mentioned yesterday that they also didn’t see the 12:00 p.m. start as an issue.
Dan Bylsma on today’s lineup:

“Chris Kunitz will be going in. Marc Andre will be starting in net, ” Bylsma said.
Bylsma would not hint on who sits but it’s expected to be Eric Tangradi.
Bylsma on Tangradi’s Play:
“He played very well, ” Bylsma said. “Factor, he was physical on the forecheck, offensive zone, and in front of the net on the power play for Tyler Kennedy’s goal.”
“I don’t know if you could ask a heck of a lot more from him, ” Bylsma said
— The Tampa Bay Lightning will dress seven defensemen today and Bylsma doesn’t see it as being much different for them.
“The way he’s {Guy Boucher} changed lines through the first four game, it’s not going to be much different, ” Bylsma said.
Bylsma said the Penguins have to be ready to see double shifts from Tampa’s key guys but it won’t be anything new to the Penguins.
— Bylsma said what he needs to see from his hockey club today is to set the tone early and have a sense of urgency.
The Penguins have not closed out a series at home under Bylsma.
