  • Francisco Liriano has rejected the Pirates $15.3 million qualifying offer. Liriano’s agent Greg Genske aggressively explored the market for Liriano and believe compensation associated to Liriano won’t hinder his chances to land a multi-year deal. Liriano is eyeing a three year deal.
