Matthew Murray picks up his fourth straight shutout

  • 2012 3rd round pick Matthew Murray collected his league leading ninth shutout in WBS Penguins 3-0 win over the Monarchs this afternoon. Murray made 32 saves earning his fourth straight shutout and has now gone 245:22 without allowing a goal. According to the AHL, the record is 268:17. Nine of Murray’s 17 wins this season have now been shutouts.
