Upgrading kick return game a #1 priority in free agency for the Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers are believed to be very interested in Tennessee Titans kick returner Chris Carr according to a source. Upgrading the kick return game is a priority for the Steelers and they will reach out to Carr who will hit the open market on February 27th. Carr, 25, was a member of the Tennessee Tians in 2008. Carr averaged 28.1 yards per kick return for the Titans who were the NFL’s top return unit (25.4 yards per kick return).

The Steelers have yet to reach out to running back Fred Taylor. Taylor has scheduled visits next week to New England and Buffalo.
