The NFL Lockout could be over in a matter of 3 to 4 weeks and Saints running back Reggie Bush remains linked to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The main reason why is because of Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin.

Bush who largely has been the most overhyped player in the NFL since he joined the league, is said to be at the top of Mike Tomlin’s wishlist.
The Steelers are looking to add speed to their offense, most notably another home run hitter to the offense. The team is also looking for a difference maker in the return game, which has drawn Tomlin to Bush.
Sources inside the organization indicate just because Tomlin is expected to look into Bush, doesn’t mean the team has strong expectations that they will be able to sign him.
Bush is likely to still be looking for a big payday once he’s released from New Orleans.
Tomlin though is the kind of coach who always feels the need to look into top talent, even if it’s an unlikely scenario.
This from Jason Cole of Yahoo Sports today who mentioned the Steelers among the four likely candidates to land Bush:
“Among the most likely candidates for Bush’s services, according to one of the sources, are the Miami Dolphins, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks and the New York Giants. Miami and Pittsburgh are looking to add speed on offense. Seattle is coached by Pete Carroll, Bush’s former coach at USC. The Giants’ interest would depend on whether the team is able to keep running back Ahmad Bradshaw(notes) once free agency starts.
In addition, the Philadelphia Eagles have expressed strong interest in Bush. However, Bush is unlikely to sign there because of concerns about having a potentially limited role, ” Cole wrote.
