The Pittsburgh Pirates have signed Colombian outfielder Harold Ramirez.
According to Baseball America, Ramirez will receive a $1.05 million signing bonus.

Ramirez, 16, is 5-foot-10, 175-pounds is regarded as having good speed and instincts, according to Baseball America.
