Statement by Steelers General Manager Kevin Colbert on Martavis Bryant
“We are very disappointed that Martavis Bryant has put himself in this current situation of being suspended by the league. He is at a crossroads of his professional life, and he needs to understand significant chances need to occur in his personal life if he wants to regain his career as a Pittsburgh Steeler. We are hopeful that Martavis will take the necessary steps to develop the discipline in his personal life to become a successful player and a good teammate.”
F you Colbert. Your company sells booze. The steelers and the nfl are technically drug dealers. The weed thing is like living in the dark ages. Alcohol is proven to be light years worse yet take away a guy’s paycheck for harming nobody. Hypocrites all!
Meth is a hell of a drug.
1) Steelers ddint suspend him for a year, the NFL did 2) HE PLAYS A GAME theres a rule NO DRUGS so….its not hard DONT SMOKE IT and you can continue to make millions….Im not allowed to do drugs at my job either, so i dont do them….its not a….”oh well alcohol is legal” thing its a you have a rule to follow FOLLOW IT…no self control thats worse than any problems he may or may not have…..Its not like he failed once…7….he had plenty of warning
You know what he meant, why waste time nitpicking?! What bothers me is the perpencity (yeah I spelled it wrong) for ignoring the secondary. Villanueva did a fine job in his first year as a tackle and would only improve with more time. Meanwhile there is a glaring gigantic hole in the defensive secondary and they ignore it again. It really is bordering on the absurd!
Obviously it’s changes
is that you, mike tomlin? obviously
What kind of significant chances are we talking about, Kevin?
Weedle’s going to become a Beedrill in Baltimore.
other outlets are reporting ‘significant changes’ are needed, but it says above that ‘significant chances’ are needed. hmmm. who to believe?
cut. paste. the end.
