The Steelers returned to practice today after being off since Thursday. Willie Parker, Brett Keisel, Jeff Reed and Marvel Smith are expected to play Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer will be sidelined for another week.

Tuesday is the NFL’s trade deadline and the Steelers are listening to offers for Max Starks but as of this afternoon they haven’t received one call about the availability of Starks

Lions wide receiver Roy Williams and Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzalez are the two big names on the trade block. The Eagles, Giants, Buccaneers, Bills and Packers have shown interest in Gonzalez according to reports. The Ravens and Eagles inquired about Roy Williams. The Lions asking price is steep but the smart decision would be to move Williams now and restock the system with draft picks.
Former Seattle Seahawks running back Sean Alexander is expected to sign with the Washington Redskins this week.
