Wilson to be dealt at the GM Meetings?
The Tigers, Dodgers and four others teams have made inquires about Pirates short stop Jack Wilson. One source believes Wilson will be dealt at the GM meetings (Dec 8th – Dec11th) but I’m kind of skeptical despite the Pirates aggressively shopping Wilson. Pittsburgh needs a MLB ready shortstop coming the other way and the Pirates are still looking for a 3-1 swap which has turned some teams away. The Tigers, Blue Jays and Dodgers have shown the most interest. Talks with those teams and others will heat up in the next couple weeks.
