Updated 11:35 a.m. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is practicing but linebacker LaMarr Woodley is not practicing as the Steelers took the practice field around 11:00 a.m.

10:25 a.m. Marvel Smith, Heath Miller, Bryant McFadden and Willie Parker will miss Sunday’s game. There is also a strong chance that Najeh Davinport will not play due to a hamstring injury
Adam Shefter of the NFL Network is reporting the Steelers are interested in cornerback DeAngelo Hall. The Steelers usually stay away from players with ego issues but it’s believed Mike Tomlin is pushing for the Steelers to look into the possibility. This is a longshot but it’s interesting seeing them show some kind of interest in a talented player who has some locker room issues. Although Hall has been awful this season, he is very talented and the Steelers do have the veteran leadership to maybe make this work. Hall could also upgrade the return game if needed. The AFC is wide open and maybe it’s time to finally take a chance on a risk player.
Ben Roethlisberger hopes to practice today and I think he will play against the Colts
LaMarr Woodley is also expected to practice today. Woodley has been nursing a sore calf for the past few weeks but it hasn’t affected his play on game days
With Willie Parker missing significant time this season, it is a missed opportunity for Rashard Mendenhall’s development. Many believe If Rashard doesn’t get hurt against the Ravens, it would have been very difficult to keep Mendenhall out of the lineup.
Full update on whose practicing today to be posted within the hour when the Steelers take the practice field in a bit
