In arbitration, the player and GM each find another player to compare to. They’re both going to find ways to justify their offers. You can’t ignore point production, but you can find ways to detract from it.
and 4.35 is an embarrassing request by him, you do realize this is how the process works? Pens offer much less, he requests much more. To say that it’s embarrassing shows a lack of understanding.
