Goligoski bulking up?

Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Alex Goligoski who recently signed a new three year deal is training hard in his home state of Minnesota.
Goligoski is skating three times per week and is showing a strong emphasis on off-ice conditioning as he looks to improve his upper body strength.
Goligoski has also been training with a few of his college teammates including Bruins forward Blake Wheeler.
