Penn State Junior linebacker Navorro Bowman is foregoing his senior season and will enter the NFL draft, according to ESPN’s Joe Schad
Bowman is the top rated OLB and ESPN Scout’s Inc’s Todd Mcshay calls Bowman “the best all-around athlete at linebacker in this draft class.”
Bowman projects to be a top 15 selection and could move into the top 10.
